Our SUNSTUDIOS Studio division provides industry leading services and expertise to the creative industry in Australia. These services encompass studio bookings, production, and event management. Key customer segments include fashion and advertising photography, broadcast television networks, film production agencies, online streaming services, corporate event partners and many more.

**About the Role**

SUNSTUDIOS Sydney is looking for a Studio Coordinator to join the Studio Team on a permanent full-time basis. You will be responsible for managing studio bookings, liaising with producers, photographers and DPs on their studio needs and budgets, updating the booking dashboard, and acting as the first point of contact for all SUNSTUDIOS customers. You will work with production teams on the day of their shoot and assist with any questions or problems that may arise throughout their day. You will work closely with the team lead and studio team at a high standard and in a timely manner. This role is based in Alexandria and reports to the Studio Team Lead. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and solutions-focused, can-do attitude, and are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door with a photography/video studio and be part of an established industry leader. This role would suit someone who works well in a team environment, is a good communicator, and enjoys learning on the job.

**Main Duties**
- Offering an exceptional level of service to clients working in studio
- Co-ordinating with the Reset, Equipment, and Catering teams on future bookings
- Being the first point of contact for customers as they enter SUNSTUDIOS
- Invoicing and taking payments
- Supporting the Retail and Rental departments when needed
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the key goals of SUNSTUDIOS
- Ensuring the growth and relevance of services at SUNSTUDIOS
- SUNSTUDIOS Services Sydney revenue and profit targets
- Contribute to 50/50 Stills and Motion Revenue Target
