Our newly created Safety and Sustainability Integrated Systems Manager role will offer the opportunity to take the lead, make this role "your own" and most importantly, provide safety and sustainability systems support and guidance to all elements of the business. This includes management of Bis Incident Management system, Bis Integrated Management System (IMS), and Document Control. You will also have the oversight of the Governance and Verification activities and providing coaching and mentoring to site leadership teams in the effective implementation of the IMS.
Based in our Osborne Park offices (with occasional travel to our various sites) you will be immersed in an atmosphere that is solutions based. Your peers and colleagues are diverse in their backgrounds and most of all their thinking. They bring to the corporate table internationally recognised initiatives, ideas and energy that create what every contracting business aspires to be and that is productive and challenging built on a foundation where you are encouraged to bring your entire self to work.
Key elements of your past experience in the development, implementation and maintenance of company safety and sustainability Management Systems, processes and tools, is absolutely vital for this role. Additionally, holding the relevant tertiary qualification in HSE/OHS along with a Lead Auditor certification is highly desirable.
