Vault Minerals is looking for a qualified **Underground Electrical Coordinator** to oversee the coordination of electrical maintenance across all underground facilities and related surface infrastructure at the Darlot Gold Mine in the Goldfields. This position is responsible for ensuring electrical work meets both current and future demands while adhering to all relevant legislative and statutory requirements.

This role is offered on a 8/6- FIFO from Perth.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Manage the day to day activities of the electrical team inclusive of contractors in a cost effective and efficient manner, ensuring awareness of performance targets
- Assist the company to achieve mining and production targets through the completion of electrical projects by demonstrating knowledge
- Ensure optimal efficient use of resources by leading the daily planning, scheduling and allocation of electrical and instrument related tasks
- Oversee the appropriate utilisation of resources to maximise return by reviewing operational requirements
- Demonstrate sound financial acumen by ensuring cost performance is aligned with maintenance budgets and forecast expectations.
- Ensure organisational capability and a quality orientation by the utilisation of relevant reports using SAP (soon to be Pronto)
- Build rewarding working alliances, promoting the capability of the department so as to facilitate the accomplishment of goals through establishing productive and constructive interpersonal relationships within the operation.
- Ensure mínimal disruption to production through the ready access to critical parts & equipment and service providers by developing and maintaining good working relationships with external companies and having contingency plans in place to source these at short notice if required.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements by ensuring all works performed are within relevant laws and regulations.
- Ensure that routine electrical works are completed competently and safely by the electrical team in a timely manner within EHS standards by liaising with internal clients to ensure service expectations are met.

- Demonstrated commitment to safe working practices
- Proven and successful leadership skills
- Extensive maintenance experience in a gold treatment plant
- Experience in High Voltage reticulation
- Experience in PLC and SCADA systems
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings
- Conversant with Australian Standards 3000 and Western Australian Electrical Regulations
- Detailed working knowledge of the Mines Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations
- SAP and/or Pronto experience
