**About the position**:
This team closely works together to cover 100% of all responsibilities daily and stays flexible to work any of the hours Partner Services is open to support their peers and the business.

**Position Requirements**:
Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills:
Ability to manage tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and have superior attention to detail

Experience working independently and resolve issues as they arise

Ability to de-escalation in challenging situations and provide resolutions to conflicts effectively.

Build and maintain positive relationships with partners and team members.

Critical thinking to solve challenges innovatively and find effective solutions

Growth mindset

Ability to work onsite in Sydney, Australia.

High School education with 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role or bachelors degree with 1-2 years of experience
