Global Learning Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Learning Partner to support our operations in the APAC region.
- This role will focus on identifying skill gaps and development opportunities through comprehensive learning needs analyses.
- The successful candidate will translate business challenges into learning requirements, collaborate with product teams to communicate learning requirements, and drive rapid deployment of learning initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of learning needs to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective learning solutions that meet business demands.
- Partner with operations leaders to align learning solutions with strategic priorities.
- Communicate learning requirements to product teams and ensure timely delivery of learning programs.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Business or related field.
- 5+ years experience in HR Business Partner, Learning and Development or similar roles.
- Strong project management skills with ability to execute multiple programs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to use technology to enhance learning experiences.
- Experience in planning and coordinating training, meetings and events.
