**How will I help?**
The Learning Support Consultant role is accountable for implementing Group wide project initiatives which have been identified by the Learning Managers or Business Stakeholders to deliver on strategy.
The role builds and maintains collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align with the business strategies.
Role responsibilities will include:
- Forecast planning including geographical locations, minimising participants travel
- Co-ordinate relevant communication between stakeholders and participants as per project outcomes
- Manage and collate LMS reporting, delivering on project requirements within predetermined timeframes
- Ensure all stakeholders experience efficient, professional, and transparent communication resulting in the successful implementation of the project initiative.
- Champion a focus on continuous improvement by challenging established processes to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and customer experience
- Ensure compliance with all legislative, regulatory, and corporate policy requirements and standards. Also, ensure ongoing maintenance of administrative requirements, skills and knowledge.
- Act as a role model for a customer centric and high-performance team

**What do I need?**
To be successful in this role you will be able to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align with the business strategies. You will drive initiatives and have the ability to work independently, have a high level of self-direction, problem solving and be self-motivating.
- Excellent planning and organising skills with and exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working in project coordination / logistics would be advantageous
- Good business and commercial acumen, with an understanding of business drivers
- Proven ability to analyse, interpret and understand business requirements and issues
- Excellent planning, time management, decision making, and organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work and deliver to challenging deadlines within a changing environment
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
- Effective budgeting, reporting and management skills
- Experience in using on-line webinar technology and learning management systems would be an advantage
