**How will I help?**

The Learning Support Consultant role is responsible for supporting the deployment of learning initiatives across the Westpac Group. These initiatives can be enterprise wide or business division specific and have been identified by the Learning Managers or Business Stakeholders to deliver on strategy. The Learning Support Consultant will adopt project management principals to ensure the right resources and planning is executed for the optimal delivery of learning programs.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and tracking budget spend adhering to project guidelines
- Locating appropriate training venues based on business / project requirements and budget
- Forecast planning including geographical locations, minimising participants travel
- Co-ordinating relevant communication between stakeholders and participants
- Effectively managing enrolments via the Learning Managers systems
- Managing and collating reporting, delivering on project requirements within predetermined timeframes
- Preparing invitations to participants, guest speakers and relevant senior business leaders and monitor registration of attendees
- Souring appropriate suppliers for deliverables e.g.: catering, program materials, support aids including audio visual equipment etc.
- Ensuring compliance with all legislative, regulatory and corporate policy requirements and standards.

**What do I need?**

You will have excellent planning and organisational skills with an exceptional attention to detail. A strong customer focussed mindset is essential as is the ability to work and deliver to challenging deadlines within a changing environment. Experience using on line webinar technology and working with Learning Management Systems is advantageous.

You will possess excellent business and commercial acumen with an understanding of business drivers. This role will see you interacting directly with internal and external stakeholders including vendors and suppliers so you will have a proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.

Experience in project management would be beneficial as the role requires solid planning, budgeting, reporting and management skills to deliver fast and successful business outcomes.
