**About the Role**:
We are currently looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic **New Vehicle Sales Consultant**, to work in one of Sydney's best PMA's located at our busy Mercedes-Benz North Shore Sales Showroom, located in Chatswood.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet and greet with customers to assist with new vehicle enquiries
- Be willing to learn about all aspects of the Mercedes Benz sales process
- Understanding customer needs and providing options and solutions to those needs
- Ensuring a follow-up system is in place that encourages repeat business and generates leads
- Maintaining current knowledge regarding the full range of Mercedes Benz vehicles, products, and services as well as our competitor’s products
- Assist customers with test drives
- Full unrestricted work rights in Australia
- Impeccable presentation & a professional can do attitude
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proven experience in a similar role selling luxury vehicles is essential
- Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- Be able to work in a team environment
- An Australian drivers license
