In this dynamic and high-impact role, you'll make your mark by: - Developing a deep understanding of your customers' goals and delivering win-win solutions while maintaining awareness of Bendigo Bank's own growth targets. - Working proactively within your community to identify new business prospects and opportunities to attract new agribusiness customers to our thriving portfolio. - Partnering with network stakeholders to identify, develop and implement localised engagement plans to achieve successful outcomes for our customers, communities and Bendigo Bank. - Driving profitable growth for your local area by meeting team sales targets, converting referrals and achieving results you can feel proud of. **What you'll bring to the role** To succeed in this role, you will have: - A tertiary qualification in agribusiness, finance or a related discipline. - The ability to undertake travel and possession of a current "C" class driver licence. We would also love you to have: - Demonstrated expertise in agribusiness lending and credit risk principles. - Financial analysis skills, including the ability to analyse and interpret financial statements. - Up-to-date knowledge of agriculture market conditions, agribusiness products, cash flows and markets. - The ability to think outside the square to develop innovative, customer-centric solutions. **So, why work with us?** - Want big impact that matters?
