About the Role
As a Relationship Credit Manager in the Commercial Agribusiness team, you’ll play a key role in helping to execute on our ambitious growth strategy. This role is an integral part of our business service proposition. In this role, you will assist the Relationship team develop sustained business growth whilst maintaining sound risk management to ensure that a quality portfolio is maintained. To maximize returns to the group, the position will require a close working relationship with our Credit Risk and Product Partners

What will your day look like?
As a Relationship Credit Manager role, you will have the opportunity to:
Ensure quality of portfolio through sound credit assessment, lending decisions and accurate account management
Ensure well managed responsibilities are met in a timely manner including portfolio monitoring practices
Meet ANZ requirements and adhere to policy in relation to compliance, risk and behaviours
Instilling a customer centric approach to business by collaborating with stakeholders and product partners
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Sound knowledge of financial statements and credit assessment skills
Demonstrated understanding of small/medium business needs and expectations
Ability to work autonomously, work with a team and solve problems quickly
Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills
