About the Career Comeback Program
Our 12-week Career Comeback program is designed to help talented professionals confidently re-enter the workforce. You'll join us in a permanent role within our Regional and Agribusiness Banking (RAB) team while receiving wrap-around support, including:

About the team
Our Regional and Agribusiness Banking (RAB) team is proudly committed to supporting businesses across Australia and strengthening regional communities. We're passionate about understanding our customers, championing their success, and building lasting relationships that make a real impact. The RAB business is made up of a number of diverse sales and service teams, along with operational and support teams. We have over 700 people, located in over 70 sites across Australia. Our business is supported by specialists, business partners and support teams across the Bank.
The Specialised Agribusiness Solutions (SAS) team sit within RAB, and are proud to support a diverse range of corporate agribusiness customers across Australia. Our team are dedicated to providing innovative financing and advisory solutions to high-value clients in the Australian agribusiness industry. Providing solutions to pre and post farm gate agribusiness clients, we specialise in supporting our clients and offering market leading strategies to ensure their successful business growth. The team works closely with Corporate Agribusiness clients and your role will be to provide assistance that covers debt, derivative and trade products.
We have multiple roles available throughout Australia, and are currently recruiting for Career Comeback Corporate Agribusiness applicants who are based in metropolitan centres around the country, or Tamworth.
About the role
We're in the business of relationships - and that's where you come in. As a Corporate Agribusiness Banker, you'll use your understanding of regional businesses and your strong relationship-building skills to deliver meaningful financial solutions that help our clients grow and succeed.
You'll be supported by experienced analysts, market-leading technology and a broad range of products and solutions to set you up for success.
In this role, you will:
Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, while identifying new opportunities to grow the portfolio
Partner with clients to deeply understand their needs and connect them with tailored financial solutions
Leverage your business banking experience and your strong commercial acumen to originate, structure and negotiate financial solutions
Undertake analysis of client and industry specific information focusing on key financial drivers to develop solutions
Own and drive the proactive risk management responsibilities of the portfolio, working collaboratively with the Analyst teams to support high quality credit submissions
Travel to regional Australia to understand the clients' business and banking requirements (drivers licence may be required)
We'd love to hear from you if you:
Have taken a career break of two years or more (essential)
Have managed a portfolio of high value Corporate grade clients, more specifically operating within Corporate Agribusiness sectors
Are confident in financial analysis and credit decisioning, with a solid grasp of cash-flow drivers
Are a natural relationship builder who enjoys being part of a community and helping others succeed
