Clarity Support Coordination is seeking an experienced level 2 coordinator to join the team

CSC is a well-established NDIS registered provider, who have been supporting participants of the NDIS to find Clarity in the NDIS system and with their NDIS plans.

We are seeking someone with enough experience, who can hit the ground running.

Perth, WA based

The type of person who would fit well within the team is someone who:

- Has a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Has amazing communication skills with ability to build an instant rapport
- Is proactive, honest, trustworthy and reliable
- Is open minded, Non-judgmental or biased
- Has the ability to be creative and think outside of the box
- Has a passion to provide a service that goes above and beyond expectations
- Has intermediate computer skills
- Has great case noting and report writing skills
- Has the ability to work under pressure with competing priorities, including time management and diary management
- Has the ability to work as a team within the organisation; as well as external stakeholders and participants multidisciplinary teams, to work together to get the best outcomes for the participants
- Is looking for long term employment and understands how important continuity of support is
- Has the ability to work from home and be productive in their day

You will need/ have the ability to obtain prior to commencing:

- NDIS Screening
- WWC
- A reliable car with suitable car insurance
- LAC or support coordination experience

**Salary**: From $39.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
