We are seeking an experienced Services Support Officer to join the Services Team in Henderson on a permanent full-time basis.

**Your Responsibilities**

The Services Support Officer will report directly to the Team Leader Services Support and will be responsible to provide assistance and internal support to the Services Team by handling incoming purchase orders, change orders, proposals, job close outs, undertake invoicing and organise internal folder setup.

Duties of this role include but are not limited to;
- Assist in the preparation of Services quotes and tenders;
- Maintain and update Field Services registers (WIP, Contract Summary sheet, Job close outs, invoicing log);
- Coordination of job files and address any short falls in the documentation provided;
- Cross reference the received purchase orders and line items to ensure it corresponds with the proposal;
- Convert customers PO’s into Sales orders;
- Analyse SAP data on job closures;
- Link supplier invoices to services jobs;
- Document control for job close outs; and
- Supplier invoice approvals.

**Your Profile**
- Relevant experience in a similar role and/or formal qualifications in Business Administration, Project Support or Finance;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and Database Management;
- Good interpersonal skills and telephone skills;
- Good organisation skills and the ability to manage priorities; and
- Understanding of tkIS-AU products.
