The Business Support Officer is an administrative support role that reports to the Business Supports Manager and liaises directly with Business Development Manager coordinating key administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service to meet the needs of Serenity 360 Services’ clients and their families.
**This is a parmament part time | Perth - Cannington office**
- **Key responsibilities**_
- Participate in implementing key recommendations within the company’s business plan and projects
- Assist the Business Support Manager and Business Development Manager with administrative functions in relation to new clients looking to enter Serenity 360Services.
- Maintain appropriate clients’ and staff records, and administrative files, including the completion of the audits and report for each site.
- Actively participate in quality improvement programs and meetings to support continuous improvement and the promotion of efficient operations while minimizing the impact on clients and staff
- Provide planned and unplanned leave cover for managers when required
- Assist in processing of sales and marketing across sites including advertising, contracts, and settlements
- Assist in overseeing direct intake of participants for requested services
- Set a strong example for the team, demonstrating professionalism, respect, and a commitment to high-quality client support
- Ensure that all client service interactions are of the highest quality, focusing on empathy, responsiveness, and solution-focused approaches.
- Establish and maintain strong, productive relationships with all relevant stakeholders, including clients, their families, support workers, healthcare professionals, and community organisations.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
**Experience**:
- Admin work, agedcare or disability/ community services: 3 years (required)
