WHC is responsible for the delivery of quality tenancy management services across a range of housing options, with the purpose of achieving safe, secure housing and assisting tenants to access life-enhancing opportunities.

**About the Role**
As the Tenancy Manager with WHC, you'll take on all facets of tenancy management, providing your tenants with high quality tenancy services to support their tenancy and the goals of the organisation.
You'll be dedicated and collaborative in your delivery, improving client outcomes and providing exceptional customer service.
To do this, you must have:
- Customer centric approach
- A committed work attitude, able to follow direction and have a high level of self-direction and accountability
- An empathetic approach focused on tenant wellbeing and tenancy sustainment
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders, support agencies and community groups to encourage community participation and improve outcomes for tenants - highly desirable
- Experience working with complex issues involving individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and coming from domestic violence - highly desirable
**Essential Criteria**
- Experience in tenancy/property management
- Solid knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act and/or community housing guidelines
- Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office suite
- NSW Drivers licence
- SDM highly desirable
Personally, you will demonstrate reliability, resilience, commitment, adaptability and responsiveness and thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing work environment with competing demands.
You must also be fully vaccinated (including booster) against Covid-19 and be willing to undergo a police check and Working With Children Check.
