Women’s Housing Company (WHC) is a not for profit organisation that provides low cost housing to women at risk of homelessness. They are an organisation making a real difference in the community.
WHC is responsible for the delivery of quality tenancy management services across a range of housing options, with the purpose of achieving safe, secure housing and assisting tenants to access life-enhancing opportunities.

**The Role**
Reporting into the Head, Community Housing Operations, this role is responsible for the development and delivery of relevant strategic objectives, business priorities and KPIs relating to tenancy, access and demand and customer services at the WHC.
As the Housing Services Manager, you will provide expert advice, coaching and leadership, and drive the development and implementation of best practice policies and processes that ensures customer service excellence, continuous improvement, and business sustainability.
**Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:
- Providing effective management and leadership practices that attract and retain high quality staff;
- Develop business plans and project plans for the delivery of programs within areas of responsibility, demonstrating a strong ability to plan, report, and manage;
- Maintain the organisation’s risk and compliance frameworks by ensuring safety systems are embedded throughout the Housing Services teams and that tenancy and customer service KPIs are met;
- Drive a client focused, customer service culture, focused on delivering services that meet the evolving needs of the organisation’s clients by working closely and respectfully with internal and external support providers, property services and community engagement;
- Develop and maintain collaborative and constructive relationships with support providers and other stakeholders;
- Provide input into budgets and forecasts for the Tenancy and Customer Services Teams
- Ensure Property Services, including contractors, are compliant with both the internal policies and procedures and the National Regulatory System;
- Ensure optimal operational management in the Housing Services teams by ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to, compliant and in line with best practice including all aspects of tenancy management, training, and complaints processes.

**About You**
- At least 5 years' experience in a Senior Management position;
- Experience managing a varied and dynamic team;
- Strong data management and analysis skills;
- Experience managing key stakeholder relationships and contracts;
- Sound analytical and research skills including report writing;
