Your new company

Leading from the front in waste management, this European founded business boasts a substantial market share in this industry. With locations in every continent, this innovative business provides technology-led solutions to enhance the process of recycling. As a result of a newly developed project in Victoria, this business is looking for an experienced, culture driven Logistics Lead to join their team in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.

Your new role

As a Logistics Lead in this business, you will:

- Work closely with the QC Lead on any re-works and amendments
- Ensure the production facilities is operating in a smooth, safe manner
- Manage the external yard to ensure accurate and timely movement of equipment
- Update documents to ensure stock levels are represented accurately
- Manage on-going training of the warehouse team
- Work with the production lead to ensure materials are placed in the correct locations
- Action IFS transactions to maintain correct inventory levels whilst receiving purchase orders
- Liaise with 3PL for oversight of outbound goods

What you’ll need to succeed
- A strong focus on culture to instil a good moral within the team
- An emphasis on safety
- Experience in inventory control in a warehousing environment
- Experience working with 3PL’s
- Attention to detail when working with stock levels
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Understanding of material flow

What you’ll get in return

- 7am - 3pm working hours with paid overtime if applicable
