Join a dynamic marketing business in Sydney as their logistics supervisor, gaining a permanent position in a great business with potential for an immediate start.

**Your new role**

In your new role as logistics supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

- End-to-end management of the warehouse, including conducting stock takes, receipt of goods from freight partners, and preparing outbound goods.
- Coordination of stock movements to events locally and interstate, liaising directly with third-party providers to book transport, ensuring on time delivery, and rectifying any issues.
- Leading, training and motivating a small team of staff during events to assist with setting up of stands, stock movements and preparation.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a similar role, with demonstrated understanding of inventory control, warehouse operations, and transport coordination.
- People management experience will be highly regarded, with a proven ability to lead and motivate small to medium-sized teams.
- A current forklift license is required, and hospitality/events experience will be highly regarded.
- The ability to commit to regular local and interstate travel is a must.

**What you’ll get in return**

You’ll receive a salary of $80-90K + super dependent on experience, in a company with exceptional culture, on-site parking and easy access to public transport if required. Additionally, for any time spent away on events all expenses are covered and time is repaid with days in lieu. This means a total of 8 weeks’ annual leave overall.
