Australian Venue Co. are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and talented Marketing Specialist to join our internal Marketing team.

This role will require the strategic delegation and coordination of digital marketing channels and campaigns for Australian Venue Co. and its extensive portfolio of venues. You will be required to align marketing efforts with organizational objectives to drive venue sales and function targets, achieving optimal results.

The successful applicant will have demonstrated expertise in social advertising, content creation, and website CMS management. Proficiency in SEM and SEO principles is required, with a strong focus on web analytics and conversion metrics to guide data-driven decision-making. The role will entail leading training initiatives and serving as a key point of contact for colleagues in the digital space, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence.

Your duties will include:

- Advertising and campaigns to align with sales targets.
- Effectively highlighting the key features and benefits of products and services.
- Managing the execution of advertising projects within set timelines and budgets.
- Contributing to business growth by developing and executing marketing strategies, goals, and initiatives.
- Offering guidance on various aspects of marketing, including, advertising, promotions and sales techniques.
- Tracking the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Evaluating data from digital marketing campaigns and platforms to assess effectiveness.

Qualifications required:

- Tertiary qualifications in business or marketing, or equivalent professional qualification
- Google Ads Search Certification

Experience required:

- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a digital coordinator or similar role
- Technical digital marketing skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends
- Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategy
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams
