**About the Role**

We are currently looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Sales Consultant, to join our Mercedes-Benz Team in Chatswood.

We are seeking a very self-motivated individual. We are looking for someone who wants to actively contribute to the greater success of the team. This person is driven to reach monthly sales targets, reliable, likes working in a team environment and takes initiative. You will be given all the support at the back end in relation to the products you sell and sales training.

**You will be trained to perform the following**:

- Developing excitement and passion around our products and department
- Meet monthly sales targets set by management
- Understanding customer needs and providing options and solutions to those needs.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining current knowledge regarding the brands, products and services and our competitor’s products.
- Experience in the hospitality, customer service or automotive industry
- Sales focused and motivated to succeed
- Commitment to customer satisfaction
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- NSW Drivers licence
- Ability to work independently and within a team
