**About the Role**

We are currently looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Sales Consultant, to work in one of Sydney's best PMA's located at our busy Mercedes-Benz North Shore Sales Showroom, located in Mosman.

**The role will involve the following**:

- Achieve or exceed targeted sales, gross and profit levels by promoting and selling new vehicles.
- Prepare sales, gross & expenses, budget in line with agreed targets and where applicable the % market share to be achieved
- Develop new customer relations through effective strategic plans to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Ensure all CRM scores are at benchmark levels and actions are adhered to, to achieve throughout the department and monitored monthly.
- Foster excellent relationships will all external providers that you interact with.
- Control the sales process by recording all prospects, sales ratios with a 100% accuracy.
- Involvement in the sales process to achieve the set targets, gross and ratio to sales / prospects.
- Maintain Vehicle Care disciplines when dealing with customers retaining an NPS score equal or exceeds national average.
- Analysis and maintain departmental expenses by analysing reconditioning costs, ensuring costs are below retail value of the truck to maximise profit.
- Strong sales experience (ideally within the Automotive, Real Estate, Car Care, Retail or Hospitality industries).
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers quickly.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow processes and ensure accuracy of paperwork
