**About us**

Wonderful Global is a rapidly growing business offering Mortgage Broking services to our clients.

**About the position - Part time or casual position - commission only**

We are looking for someone who wants to be a mortgage broker during their Full time or part-time work.

This position is for those who really want to learn to be a mortgage broker and start a new career in the financial industry.

**You must have at least one of the below-related working experiences to fill this position, and you are still working in those areas.**
- Accountant
- Real estate agent
- Banking
- Sales

**The program**
- You will be required to attend the training for 1 hour per week.
- From the program, we will teach you the lending policy and share with you the broker experience.
- Free of cost

**About the Role**:

- Open to all individuals you will be offered extensive ongoing training, development and support, A comprehensive panel of lenders and a two-year mentoring program.
- Prefer to have a minimum of 1 year of financial or accountant-related working experience
- Mortgage broker working experience is not important

**Remuneration**
- A competitive commission structure will be commensurate with your effort and outcome. (Commission base only)
- We will provide mentorship to trainees until they become independent brokers

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively manage client expectation
- Ability to present financial solutions to clients in a clear and effective fashion, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously
- A high level of attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Be a self-motivator and a team player
- Chinese Speaking (Mandarine and Cantonese) are welcome, but not essential
