**Level 3 Helpdesk Analyst** looking for a rewarding opportunity in the public sector? Join our esteemed government client as a Level 3 Helpdesk Analyst and contribute to the efficient and effective delivery of ICT support services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and lead the operation of a service centre team engaged in first point of contact ICT Support Services
- Report, document, and provide recommendations regarding resource capacity, capability, and planning
- Provide guidance, advice, and direction to meet and maintain defined service levels
- Install and configure ICT hardware and software
- Coordinate the delivery of client-focused ICT support, including incident management, problem resolution, user access, and training services
- Develop and implement contemporary service delivery processes to enhance the quality of help desk, desktop support, and user access
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a Level 3 Helpdesk Analyst role, preferably in a government or public sector environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Proficiency in installing and configuring hardware and software components
- Ability to lead and manage a team, ensuring defined service levels are met
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide guidance and direction to end-users
- Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution processes
- Ability to develop and implement service delivery processes to improve help desk and desktop support
