Led by a passionate team of industry professionals, our client combines strategic project consultation, product innovation and service excellence to specify and deliver world-class pipeline infrastructure across Australia and the Asia Pacific region. Due to continued growth and market demand, they are seeking an experienced Client Services Coordinator to join their dynamic forward-thinking sales team.

**The Purpose of this Position**

The Client Services Coordinator is required to collaborate with market leading client services and sales team to assist clients with coordinating the delivery of their water and wastewater infrastructure project requirements.

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Assisting clients with general enquiries, preparing quotations and sales orders
- General ad-hoc responsibilities when required
- Co-ordinating project deliveries and providing advice on current order status
- Providing exceptional customer service, product, pricing and technical information
- Meeting client deadlines and exceeding service level expectations
- Managing your time and a willingness to take ownership of delivering client’s needs
- Managing and solving conflicts with clients
- Contributing to a harmonious work environment across all departments and Branches
- Taking reasonable care of the health and safety of themselves and others
- Cooperating with Management and OHS representatives in complying with quality, safety and environmental requirements
- Adhering to all Policies & Procedures, promoting Compliance in the workplace.

**Skills and experience**
- Experienced in a Customer Service role specifically within the Australian water/civil industry
- Absolute commitment to providing unparalleled customer service and taking care of our most important asset - our customers
- Excellent communication skills and an acute attention to detail
- Ability to think on your feet, juggle priorities and employ creative problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to nurture strong customer relationships
- Strong sales skills, while employing a proactive consultative solution-based approach
- Strong computer literacy is advantageous
- Knowledge of the water, civil or irrigation industry is advantageous, however not essential
