Rental Fleet Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Overseeing vehicle **handover and return**, ensuring all necessary checks are completed.
- Maintaining records and ensuring all rental vehicles have **valid insurance and registration**.
- Managing customer inquiries, bookings, and payments professionally.
- Coordinating with the team to ensure **vehicles are maintained, cleaned, and serviced** on time.
- Assisting with **administrative tasks**, including data entry and basic reporting using MS Excel.
- Occasionally assisting with **ordering, picking up, or dropping off car parts**.
- Ensuring all operations are carried out efficiently while maintaining a high level of **customer service**.
**What We’re Looking For**:
**Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)** - Strong administrative and organizational skills.
**Previous experience** in a similar role (rental office, automotive, or fleet management preferred).
**Excellent communication and customer service skills** - Confident in handling customer interactions.
**Valid driver’s license** - Comfortable with occasional vehicle movement or deliveries.
**Team player** - Works well with others to ensure smooth daily operations.
**Reliable and detail-oriented** - Ability to multitask and stay organized.
