**About the Role**
We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team and assist in managing project timelines, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of ongoing and new projects across our retail and development portfolios.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Assist in developing comprehensive project plans and ensuring resource availability and allocation
- Monitor and track project progress using appropriate tools and report to management
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly defined, documented, and met
- Organise and maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Assist in preparing tender documentation and contracts for vendors and subcontractors
- Support senior project managers and directors in administrative and planning tasks

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Prior experience in project coordination, office administration or business support roles
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Sound knowledge of MS Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tertiary qualification in business, project management or related discipline
