Working with local and global partners to specify world-leading pipelines across Australia and the Asia Pacific region.

**About the Role**

Client Services is required to collaborate with the market leading client services team to assist clients with the delivery of their water and wastewater infrastructure requirements.

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Assisting clients with general enquiries, preparing quotations and sales orders;
- Administration duty where required
- Co-ordinating project deliveries and providing advice on current order status;
- Providing exceptional customer service, product, pricing and technical information;
- Meeting client deadlines and exceeding service level expectations;
- Managing your time and a willingness to take ownership of delivering client’s needs;
- Managing and solving conflicts with clients;
- Contributing to a harmonious work environment across all departments and Branches;
- Taking reasonable care of the health and safety of themselves and others;
- Cooperating with Management and OHS representatives in complying with quality, safety and environmental requirements;
- Adhering to all Policies & Procedures, promoting Compliance in the workplace.
