We are seeking expressions of interest for a digital first **Media and Campaigns Officer**to join the Office of Ash Ambihaipahar MP, Member for Barton.

This role will cover the following duties:

- Managing the Member’s social media accounts, website and digital ad spend
- Drafting newsletters, social media content and media releases
- Capturing, editing and distributing high quality digital content
- Monitoring media, community sentiment and stakeholder issues
- Supporting continuous campaigning and electorate visibility initiatives
- Managing media equipment and creative subscriptions
- Executing print communications
- Delegating and overseeing media and campaign tasks for junior staff

We are looking for someone who:

- Has experience managing social media and websites
- Understands digital first media strategies and audience engagement best practices
- Is confident in content creation
- Can plan and execute paid digital advertising plans
- Can manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and mentor junior staff
- Is committed to the values of the Australian Labor Party
