What you'll do
As the Manager, Clinical Governance you will provide strategic leadership and input to a range of system wide service improvement and quality and safety activities in mental health alcohol and other drugs services. Lead a team of up to ten staff, in the development, implementation and evaluation of state - wide clinical governance and quality and safety initiatives across mental health alcohol and other drugs services. About you
**We are searching for someone who has**:
Demonstrated ability in mental health alcohol and other drugs policy analysis, project management, implementation, evaluation, and safety and quality improvement activities.
High level knowledge and understanding of the mental health and drug and alcohol treatment service system including the complex interrelationships within the government, nongovernment, and private sectors.
Demonstrated high level communication, negotiation, and liaison skills with a record of success in working across government, private, and non-government sectors, and with consumers and carers, particularly in relation to sensitive issues and complex ideas and information.
