**About the RoleServices provided include**:

- Provide clinical expertise in reviews of serious clinical incidents to determine root causes and identify strong recommendations to address these and
- Provide expertise and guidance to build capacity within the Clinical Directorates in clinical incident management
- Examine the effectiveness of recommendations from serious clinical incident reviews and identify potential system and process improvements that can reduce the likelihood of recurrence across the health service.
- Deliver open disclosure to people effected by clinical incidents
- Work collaboratively with the operational Directorates:

- Princess Alexandra Hospital
- Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital
- Logan and Beaudesert Health Service
- Bayside Health Service
- Addiction and Mental Health Services
- Community and Oral Health Services
