We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Performance Coordinator to join our group to support our future and soft skills brands on a part-time basis.

**About the role**
This multifaceted role will allow you to build on your foundational experience in Recruitment and HR, and you will play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle across a number of our businesses.

**About you**
We are looking for a creative and forward thinker who loves coming up with ideas, who can think on their feet and has a passion for recruitment. You will be a confident and a natural communicator with the ability to deal at all levels within the organisation. Ideally, you will have:

- Previous experience in a Recruitment or HR Generalist Coordinator role
- Knowledge of Australian employment law and regulations and demonstrated history of ensuring equity and fairness across all activities
- Experience in developing sourcing strategies and facilitating full life-cycle recruiting and onboarding
- An understanding of how to find talent in a tight market
- A strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems through to reporting functionality
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills
- Ability to multi-task and oversee concurrent projects
