**People and Performance Coordinator**
We're looking for a vibrant professional to join our People & Performance team and help us drive our goals of attracting, developing and retaining talent on a fixed-term basis, part time hours.

**About the role**
We are looking for a driven People and Performance Coordinator who will continue our commitment to be an employer of choice.

This multifaceted role will allow you to build on your foundational experience in recruitment and HR whilst playing a key role in supporting the People & Performance HUB with attracting and retaining high-performing talent.

Additionally, you will support the People & Performance HUB with the delivery of high-quality people and performance activities that enhance employer branding, employee experience, and performance across our business.

**About you**
We have designed this role specifically for a creative and forward thinker who loves coming up with solutions, who can think on their feet and has a passion for recruitment. You will be a confident and a natural communicator with the ability to deal at all levels within the organisation.
- You will have.._

Previous experience in a Recruitment or HR generalist Coordinator role

Experience in developing sourcing strategies and facilitating full life-cycle recruiting and onboarding

An understanding of how to find talent in a tight market

A strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems through to reporting functionality

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills
- Ability to multi-task and oversee concurrent projects
