**The Role & Project**

MACA Ltd. are seeking an experienced
**Assistant Accountant** to join our Finance Team in Perth. We deliver mining/civil and infrastructure project services for valued clients in the Southwest, Pilbara, Goldfields and Kimberly in WA.

In this role you will be involved in a variety of tasks some of which include; bank reconciliation, journal entries, EOM cost and revenue accruals, billing and monthly debtor management, monthly balance sheet reconciliations, system administration - assisting with project coding and budget creation.

You will be working in conveniently located Welshpool with onsite Parking and a large established team of high achieving go-getters, this position would suit someone with
**Minimum 2 years’ experience** in a similar role or looking to move
**out of public practice** into the mining services industry.

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:

- Commerce / Accounting degree qualification or equivalent professional knowledge gained through significant experience working in a similar role
- Working towards CA / CPA qualification
- Previous experience working to tight deadlines
- Effective organisation and planning skills
- Intermediate skills using the Microsoft Office suite (excel)
