We're now seeking an experienced and results-driven **Ecommerce Manager** to help us optimise every step of the customer journey and deliver exceptional online experiences that convert.
**About the Role**
As our **Ecommerce Manager**, you’ll be responsible for driving the commercial performance of our online store. You'll lead the planning and execution of online merchandising, digital marketing campaigns, site optimisation, SEO, A/B testing, and performance reporting — all with the goal of increasing conversion, customer engagement, and revenue.
**You will**:
- Develop and execute online sales and marketing strategies to meet customer acquisition, engagement and revenue goals
- Conduct analysis of consumer behaviour and digital performance to identify trends and opportunities
- Coordinate and manage promotional activity and campaign launches across the website and other digital channels
- Ensure website accuracy and functionality, including product merchandising, categorisation, and campaign execution
- Lead the enhancement roadmap for the ecommerce platform, managing internal and external stakeholders (Shopify, Searchspring, SEO, UX agencies etc.)
- Evaluate the effectiveness of digital campaigns and online features using tools such as Google Analytics and Shopify
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Buying, Warehouse, and Customer Experience to resolve operational issues
- Manage the workload and performance of an offshore Ecommerce Coordinator
- Keep up to date with ecommerce trends, best practices, and innovations in UX and digital marketing
**What You’ll Bring**
- 3-5 years' experience in an ecommerce or digital marketing role (ideally in retail or fashion)
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify, CMS platforms, and onsite merchandising tools (e.g. Searchspring)
- Solid understanding of SEO, UX, conversion rate optimisation, and digital project workflows
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills — you know how to turn insights into action
- Highly organised, creative, and commercially minded
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams
- A love of fashion and an eye for detail

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
