**About the role**

As a member of our Scheduling Team, you will be responsible for the timely and effective allocation of support workers to client needs and schedules. Using your exceptional people skills and passion for helping our clients, you will assist in the scheduling of rosters and handle daily shift/ schedule changes as required.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinating and overseeing all rostering and scheduling tasks
- Ensure all rostering and scheduling requests are efficiently and effectively managed in consultation with participants and care team
- Promote the positive and professional image of the organisation to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring exemplary customer service
- Exercise a high degree of sensitivity and confidentiality in supporting internal and external stakeholders, ensuring each client is treated with dignity and respect
- Maintain high level of communication with all internal and external customers
- Actively participate in a rotating on-call roster outside of normal business hours (Ability to be on-call at home on rotational weekends and evenings)
- Adhere to Policies and Procedures to ensure your own and others safety in the workplace
- Provide reports in a timely manner as requested by your line manager or delegate
- Work Collaboratively with other team members and contribute to the development and operation of an efficient & effective NDIS Team & Disability Service
- Other duties as required by your line manager or delegate
- Ensure all schedule coordination practice is at the highest quality standard, taking measures to improve processes and methods when possible and when required.

**To be considered for this role, you will bring the following**:

- High attention to detail to produce a high-quality standard of work
- The ability to solve problems efficiently when dealing with shift allocation scenarios
- Experience in managing multiple customer enquiries and prioritising competing priorities
- Strong administrative skills within a fast paced and changing environments
- Sound time management and a calm, confident communication style
- A strong customer focused approach to care
- Ability to work effectively within a team to ensure resources meet client demand
- Demonstrated ability in maintaining organisational compliance
- Thinking/ negotiating/ problem-solving skills
- Sound understanding and knowledge of the Disability industry (Desirable)
- At least one year of experience working as a roster coordinator or similar role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
