**Regular shifts**: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
**Location**: Hampton Park, VIC

**About the Role**

You’ll be supporting a male participant living with anxiety and depression, helping him build confidence and maintain his daily routine in a calm, encouraging environment.

We’re seeking someone who communicates clearly and naturally in English, fluent English is essential, as the participant values clear, positive, and friendly communication.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one emotional and practical support
- Assist with daily routines while promoting independence
- Follow the participant’s support plan with care and attention
- Maintain open and respectful communication with the participant, family, and support team

**What You’ll Need**
- Experience supporting individuals with autism, anxiety, or mental health needs
- Certificate III/IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent
- WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid and CPR certifications
- Driver’s licence and registered vehicle
- TFN or ABN, and full working rights in Australia
