Triniti Care is seeking passionate and reliable **Disability Support Workers** to join our dedicated team in the **Bayside region** of Melbourne. You will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our participants by delivering high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being.

**Working Hours**

We are currently looking for support workers who are available on the following days:

- **Tuesdays**: 4-hour shift
- **Thursdays**: 4-hour shift

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver **personal care** including showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide **domestic assistance** such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Assist participants with **community access** - shopping, social outings, and appointments
- Support with **mobility** and safe manual handling procedures
- Offer **emotional support** and build meaningful connections with participants
- Complete **daily progress notes** and report changes in client needs or health
- Work collaboratively with family, coordinators, and allied health professionals

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III or IV in **Individual Support**, **Disability**, or **Aged Care** (or equivalent)
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a support worker role (preferred)
- Valid **Driver’s Licence** and own reliable vehicle (essential)
- Current **First Aid and CPR** certification
- **NDIS Worker Screening Check** and **Working with Children Check**:

- Proof of **COVID-19 vaccination** (as required by current legislation)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing client needs

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $41.73 - $53.33 per hour

Schedule:

- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Working with people with developmental disabilities: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
