Regular shifts: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

About the Role

You'll be supporting a male participant living with anxiety and depression, helping him build confidence and maintain his daily routine in a calm, encouraging environment.

We're seeking someone who communicates clearly and naturally in English, fluent English is essential, as the participant values clear, positive, and friendly communication.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one emotional and practical support
  • Assist with daily routines while promoting independence
  • Follow the participant's support plan with care and attention
  • Maintain open and respectful communication with the participant, family, and support team

What You'll Need

  • Experience supporting individuals with autism, anxiety, or mental health needs
  • Certificate III/IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent
  • WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • First Aid and CPR certifications
  • Driver's licence and registered vehicle
  • TFN or ABN, and full working rights in Australia
