**What You’ll Do**:
Solve problems with empathy and speed, ideally on first contact
Smoothly hand over to specialists in the broader team when needed
Bring calm and confidence to families
Keep records tidy and accurate in our systems
Share ideas to make our service even better, we love fresh thinking

**Experience that helps**:
✔ Previous customer service, call centre, retail, or hospitality experience
✔ VCE graduate (bonus points if you’ve been in our students’ shoes)
✔ Currently studying or holding a degree in Commerce/Business **or a related field** (ideal but not essential)
