**About the Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity to join Metcash as a **Commercial Business Partner - Campbells & Convenience**. The role of Commercial Business Partner works closely with the Commercial Manager and partnering with the Campbells & Convenience National and State based teams to drive and deliver business outcomes and initiatives through a focus on performance improvement and transformation, enabled by business insights and analytics and supported by effective, fit-for-purpose governance.

**In this Role**
- Development of key metrics, reporting and analytical support to monitor business performance into drivers of results to the Campbells & Convenience National and State based teams
- Work with large amount of complex data and be able to provide insights and analysis to identify opportunities for performance improvement initiatives across Campbells & Convenience
- Working with Business Insights and FP&A in developing and evolving robust model/s and reporting suites for Campbells & Convenience
- Support Commercial oversight and review of Campbells & Convenience performance (leveraging Food Finance, Business Insights):

- Assist the Commercial Manager in analysis and business case development for Campbells & Convenience strategic development and growth
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with the Campbells & Convenience and Commercial team and other business stakeholders

**You’re Likely a Match If***
- Accounting degree or equivalent
- CPA or CA qualified or studying towards preferred
- Wholesale and/or Retail/Convenience or Supply Chain sector experience preferred
- Strong financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to form and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong Excel and Power BI skills
