**Farm/Factory Hand**
Australian Native Products (ANP) is a Lemon Myrtle producer located in The Channon, NSW. We are looking for a hard-working Farm/Factory Hand (all-rounder) to join our team. Duties include, but are not limited to:
**Farm**
- Perform hand weeding, maintenance and harvesting activities
- Identify, record and communicate issues such as to plant stock or machinery
- Operate farm machinery such as quad bikes, mowers, brush cutters and tractors
**Factory**
- Process product and monitor all machinery, including dryers and stills
- Pack product and prepare orders for shipment
- Monitor and record processing outcomes for quality/operational requirements
- Operate a forklift (License and experience preferred, but not essential)
**General**
- Ensure work areas, tools and machinery are clean and safe
- Assist with other farm related tasks as required
- Adhere to workplace health and safety policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, good communication and teamwork skills are required. You will have good attention to detail and problem-solving skills. This role requires and ability to perform manual, and at times heavy work. You will be able to work long hours, outdoors, in all kinds of weather conditions. Driver's license (required), Forklift license (desirable).
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $26.73 - $30.95 per hour
