**About the Role**
We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on **National Production Manager** to lead our production operations across two sites - The Channon NSW and Paddys Green QLD. This senior role will be responsible for overseeing production teams, maintaining product quality, driving operational improvements, and aligning farm-to-factory processes across states.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead production operations across NSW and QLD sites (frequent travel required)
- Oversee production planning, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency
- Mentor production supervisors and foster a strong team culture
- Maintain compliance with food safety, WHS, and operational protocols
- Collaborate with farm, QA, logistics, and sales teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across both sites
- Ensure accurate data management and reporting
**Skills & Experience**
- Extensive experience in multi-site production leadership
- Background in agriculture, food manufacturing, or related sectors
- Strong leadership and mentoring capability
- Project management and organisational excellence
- Proficiency with quality systems and regulatory compliance
- Willingness to travel regularly between sites

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:

- Weekend availability
**Education**:
- Certificate I - IV (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Leadership: 3 years (preferred)

- Australia (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (preferred)
