About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and coordinate quality assurance across our NSW and QLD operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring our products, systems, and certifications consistently meet the highest standards of food safety, compliance, and integrity.

You will develop and implement ANP's QA strategy, lead a multi-site QA team, and drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and compliance frameworks. This is a leadership role with direct impact on ANP's ability to grow sustainably and deliver excellence to our global customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute ANP's Quality Assurance strategy aligned with business growth.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small, multi-site QA team.
  • Ensure compliance with SQF, HACCP, Organic, and other certifications.
  • Act as lead contact for auditors, certification bodies, and regulatory agencies.
  • Oversee SOPs, HACCP plans, traceability, and digital QA systems.
  • Partner with Operations, Production, and R&D to embed quality from farm to finished product.
  • Monitor and report on quality KPIs, risks, and improvement opportunities.

About You

We're looking for a strategic, hands-on QA leader who thrives in a dynamic, multi-site environment. You'll bring:

  • Proven QA leadership experience (food, beverage, or agricultural production preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, SQF, Organic, and food safety legislation.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels.
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proficiency with QA systems, digital documentation platforms, and MS Office.
