**About the Role**

We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on **Farm Supervisor** to join our team. Reporting to the National Farm Manager, this role is vital in leading daily farm operations, including harvesting, irrigation, managing land and tree health, and planting. You'll play a key role in supporting our farm teams and maintaining strong crop health, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily farm operations
- Support execution of harvesting, pest control, irrigation and planting plans
- Lead and develop a motivated farm team
- Ensure food safety and WHS compliance
- Maintain accurate operational records and data
- Liaise with production and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in farm supervision or horticulture/agriculture operations
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of sustainable farming, pest management, and soil health
- Excellent problem-solving and planning skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- farm supervisory: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
