**Talent Acquisition Specialist**

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our HR team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 12-month fixed term contract. If you are passionate about recruitment, have a keen eye for talent, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. This is a part-time role, and we are flexible with the role being either 3 or 4 days a week.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with HR leaders, Business Partners, and hiring managers to lead end-to-end recruiting and talent attraction initiatives.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities for a variety of vacancies
- Conduct pre-screening interviews, manage high-level interviews, and background screening

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum three to five years of experience in a similar role (internal or external recruitment)
- Strong IT skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Excellent personal judgment, especially under pressure
- High-level communication skills
- Methodical approach to task and problem-solving
- Autonomous and able to effectively self-manage
- Motivated to achieve results
- Ability to handle potentially sensitive matters/situations
