Job Title: Marketing Content Coordinator

Location: Brisbane

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation:

- Ensure all content is aligned with brand voice, messaging, and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content using tools like Canva.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Social Media Content Creation:

- Create engaging and shareable content for social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Develop content calendars and schedule posts to ensure consistent and timely publication.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Coordinating with Various Events:

- Work closely with event organizers to coordinate marketing efforts and promotional activities for company participation in events.
- Create event-specific content including pre-event teasers, live updates, and post-event follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of event marketing with overall marketing strategy.
- Marketing Automation Tools:

- Utilize marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot to streamline processes, track customer interactions, and personalize marketing communications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to marketing automation tools and techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in content writing, preferably in a marketing or digital agency environment.
- Strong proficiency in Canva for graphic design and multimedia content creation.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with HubSpot automation will be a definite advantage.

**Salary**: $48,900.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
