We’re looking for a **Video UGC Content Creator**to join our team and help us scale our organic and paid social media efforts while driving down customer acquisition costs. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**

1. Creative Strategy & Development:

- Plan, schedule, and lead the creative vision, ensuring all content aligns with our mission and resonates with our audience

2. Content Production & Coordination:

- Create engaging video content and UGC content for Instagram and TikTok ensuring seamless setup and production and be the face of the business.
- Oversee the editing process and coordinate with video editors to ensure content aligns with campaign goals.

3. Organic Content Coordination:

- Create social media content to build brand awareness and engagement.
- Supporting general marketing tasks across social and digital channels

4. PR & Influencer Partnerships (Bonus):

- Manage PR efforts and influencer partnerships to amplify brand reach and credibility.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create reels, stories, videos, and photos.
- Ability to write click-worthy content and tell a captivating story
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

**Personal Attributes**:

- Highly collaborative, adaptable, and proactive.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
