**About the role**

Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, you will contribute to the delivery of multiple Country of Origin NPD projects across key markets and assist with the creation of impactful shopper-led pull-through programs that align with Penfolds NPD strategy and regional commercial objectives.
- Assist and lead NPD projects from concept to market, driving sell-in across regions and supporting regional launch programs for growth
- Collaborate with winemaking and PR & Partnership teams to innovate and develop limited edition NPD collaborations
- Create and implement global assets for retail, on-premise, and travel channels, enhancing NPD activation periods
- Develop comprehensive campaign toolkits and assets with Content, Media, and PR teams for new product releases.Support global brand plan components, working closely with the NPD & Activation team for project execution.
