Today, Moose Toys is now seeking an **Assistant Global Brand Manager **to join their growing Global Brand Marketing Team.
**Role Objective**
Assist in the development and implementation of brand and product strategies to support company objectives for allocated Moose Brands and Licensed Products; including promotional and marketing programs, overall product and brand life cycle management, asset creation and administration and management of key agency relationships.
**Responsibilities**
Business Planning
- Support Global Brand Manager to identify market gaps based on intimate understanding of retailer and competitor activity.
- Participate and learn the BDO process.
- Participate in the development of exclusive product offers and ensure the offers fit brand DNA and meet standard margin expectations.
- Provide assistance with ongoing product development and marketing of various brands
- Provide support to the brand portfolio including timely communication, asset management and toy fair planning.
- Identify cost efficiencies
- implement marketing and communications plans for allocated brands.
- Conduct pre and post brand performance analysis, along with regular market and competitive data analysis and report findings.
- Demonstrate an understanding of stock inventory and forecasting to meet required sales objectives.
- Provide support with PNL management for your brand portfolio.

Product Management
- Work with Lead Market and Product Management team to:

- Help define and communicate final line plan and product launch timings.
- Learn how to develop a TLP and supporting profit and loss.
- Liaise with sales and marketing team on brand issues including product development, brand direction, strategy.
- Play an active role in brainstorming sessions and review meetings to further product management exposure and experience.

Marketing
- Assist in the development of annual brand plans
- Ensure TVC and content briefs are completed on time and with sign off from key partners.
- Work closely with Content Manager to identify the short and long term role of entertainment for brands in portfolio
- Provide support to develop a robust trade strategy.
- Undertake relevant market research
- Conduct post analysis and report key learnings after major campaign periods
- Provide hands on assistance at all major events, such as Toy Fair, November Showings, road shows, in-store demonstrations and staff functions.
- Build robust relationships with key external agency partners - app/game developers, media partners and global social
- Forge strong partnership with US/AUS/Export and other key stakeholders
- Maximise the digital space via DOT COM retailer and our own assets.
- Keep informed of all regulations re marketing to children in key markets such as US, UK, Australia.

Communication
- Provide regular and consistent communication to US, AUS, EXPORT partners

**Key Skills/Experience/Capabilities**
- 2+ years experience in a similar brand or marketing role
- Intermediate level social media and digital skills
- Sound financial and analytical skills including budget management.
- Experience with analysing data and able to extract key trends/learnings.
- Efficient with time management and the juggling of competing demands
- Able to work autonomously but is driven by being part of a wider team.
- Relates well with others in a confident and relaxed manner
- Ability to set clearly defined objectives and plans

**Qualifications**
- Relevant tertiary Marketing or equivalent qualifications
