You'll find our 350+ team currently across 9 locations and time zones. **The Role**: An exciting new phase has begun within our brand team, creating opportunities to elevate Pepperstone's global brand presence and this position is one of the newly created positions to support our upcoming brand strategy. As a **Brand Manager - Global,** you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to enhance brand awareness and health across our global footprint. You will drive and manage both global and local brand activities, oversee brand approvals for all content and collateral, and create compelling narratives that align with our brand identity and values. Additionally, you will manage our creative agency partners to foster brand growth and drive revenue for the business. **Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to**: - Develop and manage annual brand plans, including positioning and value propositions, in collaboration with the Head of Brand and long-term strategic goals. - Create and execute comprehensive brand campaigns to drive awareness and brand health, aligned with company objectives. - Develop and maintain brand guidelines and tone of voice for consistency across all channels. - Lead the creation of a brand platform/portal for internal and partner use, communicating our brand position. - Collaborate with Regional Marketing leads to support and optimize regional brand activities and media mix across the marketing funnel. - Ensure marketing communications are on-brand by working closely with the video and design team across all sub-brands. - Oversee internal branding efforts and manage the global brand strategy, including social media and sponsorship activities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with regional leads, commercial heads, sales teams, and external partners, and serve as the main contact for creative and media agencies. **About you**: - Atleast 5 years of experience in brand related roles including brand strategy and creating 'big brand' campaigns. - Proven experience in working on brand strategy and development. - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and analytical skills. - Experience in managing budgets and forecasting financials. - Experience in granular campaign and ROI reporting. - Proficient in running multiple social media accounts and channels, across organic and paid. - Flexibility to work across time zones where required(we operate in 9 regions with clients across the globe) - Current full working rights in Australia **Why you will enjoy working with us**: - Competitive salary structure including company bonus scheme - Genuinely collaborative and friendly culture - Flexible and hybrid working - Remote working option - work from anywhere for up to 6 weeks per year, in addition to hybrid working as standard - Ongoing personal development & learning opportunities - 15 weeks paid primary carers parental leave & 4 weeks paid secondary carers leave - 3 paid volunteering days per year & Workplace Giving Program - Frequent events and celebrations including a standard weekly social - Beautifully renovated large office at Collins Square - 727 Collins Street, Melbourne - Best in class end of trip facilities including bicycle parking, change rooms & showers - A full stocked kitchen, onsite coffee machines with locally sourced coffee beans (this is Melbourne after all) and curated specialty teas **More about Pepperstone** We understand it's important to do due diligence on a prospective employer, see what our team are saying on Glassdoor.
